Slatt Substation Expansion Project

BPA's Slatt Substation is being expanded to add a 230kV substation yard to integrate up to 750MW of Shepards Flat Wind Farm into the grid.  This expansion will make Slatt the largest substation in the world.  RMA is providing Construction Inspectors for this project.
