About Journeyman Labor Pool

Capitalizing on RMA's 30-year history of providing skilled crafts and services for the Bonneville Power Administration and the U.S. Dept. of Energy, Journeyman Labor Pool is a division of RMA entering into the construction industry outside of the BPA.  Expanding on the existing relationships with 8 unions, JLP now offers credentialed skilled labor to the construction industry.

Providing a trained and skilled temporary workforce ensures productivity demands can be met while ensuring profitability for the project. 

All crafts are selected from entities with apprenticeship programs that are registered under their respective Federal and/or State regulatory authorities.
